Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to support identity and access management initiatives. This role involves gathering requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping deliver secure and seamless customer identity solutions. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments Experience with IAM/CIAM, security, or authentication platforms Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Business teams Solid documentation and requirement analysis skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of IAM concepts such as: Authentication & MFA OAuth, OIDC, SAML Passwordless authentication (WebAuthn) Customer identity lifecycle Experience with platforms like Ping Identity or ForgeRock Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments
