We are looking for an experienced PAM Specialist / Lead to drive Privileged Access Management strategy, implementation, and operations in a Zero Trust environment. Key Responsibilities Define and implement PAM strategy, policies, and standards aligned to Zero Trust principles Deploy and manage PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or Entra PIM Enforce least privilege & just-in-time (JIT) access controls Oversee credential vaulting and privileged session monitoring Manage privileged account lifecycle (discovery, onboarding, rotation) Integrate PAM with IGA, ITSM, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Track KPIs, ensure audit readiness , and remediate control gaps Lead a small team, vendors, and manage licensing/budgets Qualifications 58+ years in Cybersecurity / IAM 23+ years of hands-on PAM experience Strong experience with at least one PAM/EPM tool Automation skills ( PowerShell, Python, APIs ) Knowledge of AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking basics Exposure to cloud privileged access & non-human identities Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI frameworks Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
