Hiring: Digital Product Design Manager A high-impact digital team is looking for a leader to drive strategy, research, and experience design across key transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on leading complex problem-solving efforts and shaping digital products end-to-end working closely with cross-functional partners across business, technology, and design. Hybrid (4 days/week in office) What youll do: Lead discovery and define problem spaces across complex initiatives Drive alignment across stakeholders and guide teams through design thinking processes Conduct and synthesize qualitative research (interviews, competitive insights, etc.) Translate insights into clear deliverables (journey maps, personas, ecosystem views) Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to shape future-state solutions Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership Identify opportunities through industry trends and emerging tech (incl. AI/ML) Navigate ambiguity and contribute to fast-moving, evolving initiatives What you bring: Product design, strategy, research, or consulting Strong qualitative research and insight synthesis capabilities Experience applying design thinking frameworks in complex environments Confidence facilitating workshops and influencing cross-functional teams Ability to simplify complexity into clear, compelling narratives Strategic mindset with a collaborative, hands-on approach Nice to have: Experience in corporate or regulated environments Exposure to AI/ML use cases in digital products Familiarity with analytics and data-informed decision-making This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading work and shaping direction , while staying close to the problem space and execution. ________________________ Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use At Creative Niche Inc., all hiring decisions are made by qualified recruitment professionals.
