Job Description The Research Managerserves as theday-to-dayclientleadandis responsible formanaging theend-to-end researchproject,includingquality oversight toensuring high-quality deliverablesthatmeets clientexpectationson budget. This role requires the ability to independently oversee all stages of the research process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate data into clear insights and recommendations. To be successful in this role, you mustdemonstrateability to manage all stages of researchprocess,collaborateeffectively across teams, buildstrongclient relationshipsthough consistent,high-qualitydelivery, and coach andsupport for the teammembers. Contribute tothe development ofRFPsand research design. Manage the full cycle of research projects fromprojectkick off, questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing, providing strategic recommendations,andleading client presentations. Serve as aday-to-dayclient contact, managing expectations and proactively address project risksor issues Ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetand scopewhile meetinghigh standardsof quality. Provide coaching and mentoring to the assigned teammembers, by providing guidance on executions of projects, and skills development Qualifications Bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4yearsin Market Research or relatedroleswithend-to-endresearch project management experience 2 yearsexperience in client management Proficiency in using research and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau) and familiarity with market research methodologies. Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset Skills StrongProject Management& Delivery: Ability to manage multipleprojectssimultaneously and ensure high-quality executionand on-time, on budgetdelivery. EffectiveCommunication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, client-ready insights. Analytical Skills: Capacity to interpret complex data sets,identifykey findings, and produce clear recommendations. Problem-Solving: Ability toidentifyissues and propose practical, well-reasoned solutions. Coaching:Ability toguideothers through targeted feedback, inquirytosupport team development.
