This is a pivotal role targeting enterprise childcare providers. You'll draw on your in-depth knowledge of childcare operations to guide clients through onboarding and successful software implementation. Collaborating closely with product teams, you'll provide insights that shape future solutions and streamline efficiencies for large organizations. Key Responsibilities: Build partnerships with enterprise childcare organizations Implement and onboard new clients effectively Communicate clients operational challenges to the product team Monitor client satisfaction and adoption rates Engage directly at childcare centers across Canada Requirements: 35+ years in Canadian childcare organizations Strong understanding of childcare systems and operations Experience with large childcare organizations preferred Excellent communication skills, English required Willingness to travel for client interactions Make a meaningful impact by guiding the evolution of childcare management solutions and enhancing operational success across enterprise platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
