We focus on consistency, quality, and building products people come back to.Were growing fast and building the systems to match.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for a Junior Finance & Operations Analyst.Youll work across finance, operations, and sales data to help keep the business organized and running smoothly. This is not just accounting. Youll be involved in how the business actually operates day to day.What youll do Keep invoicing clean, organized, and up to date Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments Prepare structured files for HST filings and year end Work closely with external accountants Maintain and update spreadsheets across the business Support financial reporting and basic analysis Track production metrics like units, efficiency, and wasteSales + SKU tracking Organize and maintain sales data across provinces Track SKU performance and identify trends Monitor inventory levels to ensure SKUs are properly stocked nationally Flag low stock, gaps, and opportunities early Help connect sales data back to production planningWe already track a lot of production and operational data.
