Kelly Services has partnered with a client in Oakville, ON to recruit for a TEMP to PERM opportunity of a Scheduler and Installation Coordinator. Role: Scheduler and Installation Coordinator Location: Oakville, ON Monday to Friday onsite Responsibilities 1. Provide exceptional customer service 2. Ability to find solutions to problems in collaboration with others 3. Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates of U.S. machines with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts and logistics 4. Coordinate to our customers their service status in a timely manner with empathy and compassion, provide daily updates per telephone. 5. Ensure all necessary resources are available at the right place at the right time (technician, tools etc.) 6. Responsible for regional installation Synchro board for service region 7. Maintain regions KPIs of Synchro installation times, customer satisfaction rates, response times to customer, etc. 8. Close collaboration with product centers, engineering and all different process owners in technical service 9. Maintain good relations with customers, field service engineers, service managers and other personnel 10. Help Regional Service Managers evaluate field service engineers technical and soft skills for accurate assignments and for entry into a skills matrix 11. Coordinate daily with Regional Service Managers the location of field service and installation engineers 12. 10% of travel based on training and customer needs Requirements: 3-4 years of scheduling or coordination Understanding or educational background in electrical or mechanical Excellent communication skills Whats In It For You!
