Pay Rate - $23/hr What Youll Be Doing Contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding balances Communicating confidently in both French and English with customers and internal teams Negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards Updating customer records with accurate and detailed account notes APPLY NOW!
