This role will focus on enhancing customer-facing platforms, integrations, and overall digital experience. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and system requirements (BRDs, user stories) Work closely with business stakeholders, product, and technical teams Support end-to-end delivery across Agile projects Analyze and define system integrations, APIs, and data flows Contribute to improving customer digital journeys and retail platforms Must-Have Experience: 8+ years as a Business / Systems Analyst Strong experience in Agile methodology (user stories, backlog prioritization) Experience working with integrated systems & data flows Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to bridge business and technology effectively Nice to Have: Experience with digital retail / eCommerce platforms Exposure to identity/access systems (Okta or similar) Automotive industry experience
