Were hiring a ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HAM Pro. This is a 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and full-time conversion) with our client, based in Scarborough (hybrid 2 days onsite, Wednesday mandatory) What Youll Be Doing Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro (design build test deploy hypercare) Assess and optimize existing asset management processes and workflows Design scalable HAM lifecycle processes (procurement deployment disposal) Integrate HAM Pro with discovery tools and external systems Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics in ServiceNow Execute hardware asset reconciliation and improve data accuracy Establish governance, controls, and compliance frameworks What Were Looking For Proven experience delivering full HAM Pro implementations in enterprise environments Deep knowledge of HAM Pro data model, workflows, and reporting Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management Experience with tools like ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, or Qualys Integration experience with procurement/finance systems such as Coupa Hands-on experience managing hardware assets (servers, network devices, end-user devices) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have HAM certifications Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking/financial services) Why Apply?
