About the Role barBURRITO Restaurants Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Restaurant Systems Coordinator to support the digital systems that power our growing restaurant brands across Canada and the United States . Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer , this role will assist with managing the technology platforms used across our restaurants, including POS systems, online ordering platforms, delivery marketplaces, and location listings. The coordinator will support new restaurant openings, menu updates, digital promotions, and system rollouts across all brands within the BarBurrito portfolio. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Systems Management Support the configuration and maintenance of restaurant technology platforms including POS systems, online ordering platforms, and delivery marketplace integrations. Assist with menu updates, pricing changes, and promotional configuration across multiple digital platforms. Help troubleshoot operational issues related to digital ordering and restaurant systems. New Restaurant Openings Assist with the technology setup required for new restaurant locations. Configure store profiles within internal systems and ordering platforms. Coordinate the setup of digital ordering platforms and location listings ahead of store openings. Menu & Promotion Management Support menu updates and pricing changes across POS systems and online ordering platforms. Build and test promotional offers, coupon codes, and digital discounts for marketing campaigns. Ensure menus and promotions are accurate across all platforms. Location & Listings Management Maintain and update restaurant listings across digital platforms. Manage store hours updates and ensure location information is accurate across all channels. Customer Recovery Support Assist with resolving customer concerns by issuing digital offers, loyalty credits, or other recovery tools. Technology Initiatives Support internal technology initiatives and system rollouts across restaurant locations. Assist with configuration, testing, and rollout coordination for new tools and integrations. Qualifications Required 12 years experience in restaurant operations, digital operations, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with multiple digital platforms and systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Preferred Experience working with restaurant POS systems (GiveX or Toast preferred) Familiarity with online ordering or delivery marketplace platforms Experience managing menus or promotions across digital ordering systems As barBURRITO continues to grow, this newly created roles reflect our investment in building strong, scalable teams.
