The Growth Agency is thrilled to announce a collaborative recruitment initiative with our client, The Moonlighters. The Moonlighters are a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, specializing in performance marketing for 7-figure ecommerce brands, adept at transforming them into 8-figure powerhouses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Full stack developer to join our team. This isnt a conventional developer role. The role will work directly with our founder, building out his vision for the future internals of the business. Were looking for someone who has fully crossed the bridge into AIaccelerated engineering, namely Claude Code, someone who treats AI coding assistants as core parts of their workflow, not as toys or occasional helpers. If youre still coding the old way, this wont be the place for you. If you can take a Loom video or Slack message and turn it into a deployed feature within hours, youll thrive here. What you will do: Build internal and external dashboards, reporting tools, and automation systems Create AI-powered tools for creative, optimisation, and workflow automation Build and maintain integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Meta/Google/TikTok APIs, CRMs) Ship fast, iterate fast, and support a high-performance media buying team What you will bring: 4-7+ years full-stack experience. Strong experience using AI coding tools daily (claude code) Create AI-powered tools for creative, optimisation, and workflow automation Experience with marketing tech, analytics, and eCommerce Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) The Growth Agency is working in partnership with The Moonlighters for this vacancy.
