Structural Assembler - Aerospace Job Description As a Structural Assembler, you will report to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for installing and assembling components on aircraft structures. This position requires proficiency in blueprint reading, hole layout, countersinking, and deburring, with a strong focus on meeting schedule and production requirements. Responsibilities Install and assemble components on aircraft structures. Read and interpret blueprints for assembly tasks. Perform countersinking and deburring operations. Fit and install conventional rivets and Hi-Lite fasteners. Assemble and fit pre-fabricated parts to form subassemblies on benches or directly on aircraft structures. Use a variety of power and hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, wearing PPE at all times. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years minimum experience in aviation structural assembly Completion of metal fabrication course, aerospace structures course, or aeronautical technology education. Ability to perform drilling, countersinking, torquing, and installation as per blueprint. Why Work Here? Shifts are from Monday to Friday, with day shifts from 7am to 3pm and night shifts from 3pm to 11pm. Employees must adhere to safety standards, including wearing personal protective equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Toronto, ON. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55,000.00 $60,000.00/yr.
