Job Description: 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 7 years specifically in SAP ISU. Strong background in utilities industry processes and regulatory requirements. Handson experience delivering both greenfield and brownfield SAP transformation programs. Deep knowledge of SAP ISU components (Billing, DM, CS, EDM, FICA, etc.) and integration with SAP S/4HANA. Proven experience designing complex, largescale solution architectures. Strong understanding of data migration strategies, integration technologies, and SAP extensibility options Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience working in large programs with multiple workstreams and vendor partners. Strong leadership, facilitation, and decisionmaking skills.
