Job Description

Who is a General Manager - Neighbourhood? A General Manager - Neighbourhood is responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable facility that must have a great club culture. Along with this, the General Manager - Neighbourhood will maintain a clean, professional and safe environment. What will you be doing? Ensure a high level of member retention Operate the club within budget Interview and provide basic on boarding to third-party vendors Use best practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services Do you have what it takes? Passion for Fitness Strong sales and customer service skills Seasoned coaching skills Strong communications skills Previous experience with hiring and training A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential CPR certification required within 3 months of employment Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility What''''s in it for you? Compensation: It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $55,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The expected annual range of total compensation is $55,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
