We are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Support Specialist. The successful candidate can work from any of Client locations in West SK or East SK/MB, and will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer and dealer personnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing Precision Ag equipment problems. Responsibilities - Quickly and accurately resolving common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors through calls and ticketing system. - Assisting the Intelligence Solutions team with equipment set up, optimization, reviewing customer data. - Support equipment set up and operation relevant to water management. - Performing diagnostic/repair of weather instruments. - Assist in training & development of co-workers and customers. Requirements - 2+ years experience working in an agriculture related role. - Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports. - The ability to use desktop and internet applications. - Dealership service or other related work experience considered an asset. - The ability to work flexible hours, including travel. - Valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
