Availability Required Weekdays & Weeknights Job Description - Facilitate sales and rentals to schools and educational institutions - Act as a liaison between the Long & McQuade store and schools in the surrounding area - Ensure schools receive timely delivery of products and services - Actively pursue new opportunities within current accounts and from potential new customers - Ensure accounts are kept current and paperwork is filed accurately and on time - Work to provide sales opportunities to students both in school and at the store - Maintain an in-depth, diverse, and current knowledge of our products, policies and procedures Job Requirements - Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument - Good understanding of band instruments (i.e. brass, woodwind, and orchestral strings) - Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills - Thorough organizational skills and attention to detail - Positive attitude and steady composure - Ability to take initiative and work independently - Ability to lift and carry large boxes - Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to resolution - Valid driver's license - Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset - Previous experience working with schools or institutions is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
