If youre energized by the hunt, motivated by results, and ready to make your mark in a competitive industry, this is the role for you.This is a multi-disciplinary role where you will:Prospect and engage new clients, specifically architects and designers, through cold calls, emails, and outreach.Build relationships with residential and commercial design firms by setting up and hosting lunch & learns.Drive brand awareness through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication.Support new product launches and contribute to special projects.Play a key role in account management nurturing existing clients while actively prospecting for new ones through cold outreach and inbound requests.Expectations:Thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn our product line.Communicate with confidence and poise, demonstrating motivation and determination to succeed.Stay diligent, organized, and committed to navigating long sales cycles.Read and interpret architectural drawings and landscape plans with confidence including performing material take-offs and understanding specifications.Qualifications:Ability to read architectural and landscape drawings, perform take-offs, and work comfortably with technical plans and specifications. This is a core requirement of the role.Strong, clear communicator written and verbal with the poise to be client-facing with architects, designers, and builders. A lot of time will be spent on the phone and on emails, so a confident, crisp voice matters.B2B or technical sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. What matters is that you can demonstrate comfort and professionalism in front of clients.Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.This position is not remote. The ideal candidate has a vehicle for meetings across the GTA market.This position is a base + commission structure. You will be rewarded well with commissions if you are successful in this industry. Salary includes a strong base and commission.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year (OTE)
