We are seeking a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in a case-processing focused role. This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level RCIC who is looking to gain hands-on experience, work within a structured system, and grow within a scaling immigration firm. This is not a sales-focused role. You will be working on active client files from day one with administrative support in place. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and submit immigration applications, including: Express Entry Study permits Work permits Visitor visas Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) Spousal sponsorship LMIA-based applications Refusals and reconsiderations Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy Draft submission letters and supporting documents Communicate with clients regarding case progress Maintain organized and compliant client files Work within a structured, phase-based workflow system Requirements Active RCIC license in good standing Strong knowledge of IRCC processes and immigration programs Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Consistent and high-volume case flow Structured systems and workflows Administrative support already in place Exposure to multiple immigration streams Opportunity for growth within RAE Immigration Consulting Inc.
