Are you a seasoned copywriter with a passion for health, wellness, and high-converting marketing? DTC Vikings is looking for a Copywriter Lead to own our creative copy strategy across 2 growing brands. In this role, youll be the driving force behind static ads, landing pages, and ad copy while leading and developing a team of talented copywriters. What Youll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team through 1-on-1s, all-hands meetings, and continuous performance reviews Quality control all ads and ad copy across our 2 brands to ensure consistency and excellence Train copywriters and elevate their skills on an ongoing basis Oversee Copywriter OKRs and drive team accountability Manage whitelisting briefs and production Produce 2040 static ads and ad copy pieces per week What Were Looking For Experience 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in health, wellness, or beauty sectors Proven track record creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages Solid understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology Experience analyzing customer feedback and market data to guide copy strategy Prior leadership or mentoring experience within a creative team Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms AI-forward mindset comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, or similar tools to enhance output Who You Are Highly disciplined and self-motivated you thrive working remotely with autonomy Genuinely aligned with values around nature, health, and holistic living A creative thinker who constantly seeks fresh ways to engage audiences An excellent communicator, both in writing and in conversation A collaborative leader who loves helping others grow Detail-oriented and committed to error-free, on-brand copy Open to feedback and adaptable in your approach Someone who leads with integrity and transparency Why DTC Vikings?
