The St-Augustin private seniors'' residence is currently seeking a person to fill a part-time evening Personal Support Worker (Bill 90) position. ** Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home ** POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: 4/14 evening shift, 1 weekend out of 2 Salary: Base salary + $1 evening shift premium + Bill 90 premium ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents'' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residents action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
