Land Development Project Manager | Edmonton, AB Im currently partnering with a well-established real estate developer in Edmonton looking to add a Project Manager Land Development to their growing team.This is a great opportunity for someone with land development or civil engineering experience who wants to take on more ownership across projects and grow within a highly active development platform.What youll be doing: Manage land development projects from planning and approvals through construction and delivery Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, municipalities, and other key consultants Support budgeting, financial tracking, and project reporting Oversee permitting, approvals, and regulatory compliance Manage bidding processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination Track project schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful project deliveryWhat theyre looking for: ~3+ years of land development or related project experience Background in civil engineering, construction management, planning, or similar field Ability to read engineering plans and navigate municipal approval processes Strong coordination skills working with consultants and stakeholdersThis is a strong opportunity to join a well-capitalized development group with a long track record of successful communities, with clear room for career growth into more senior land development leadership roles.If youre interested in learning more, feel free to send me a message or email me directly.
