Assistant Property Manager Dorval, QC (Hybrid) CAD $75,000$80,000 annually + 8% Bonus Supports day-to-day operations, financial administration, tenant relations, and compliance for an assigned commercial logistics/industrial property portfolio. Reports to senior property management leadership. Responsibilities Coordinate with site teams and vendors on property operations, service contracts, and capital projects Serve as primary tenant contact from lease execution through expiry; manage onboarding, communications, and lease administration Prepare and manage property budgets; reforecast R&M and capital expenses; provide monthly operational and financial reporting Manage AR/AP activity, utility billing, annual expense estimates, reconciliations, and owner reports Assist with property tours, lease negotiations, and maintaining vacant spaces in show-ready condition Implement emergency response plans; coordinate fire drills, life safety compliance, and underwriter visits Ensure tenant and vendor COIs are current; maintain shared drive documentation Complete property inspections, move-in/move-out documentation, annual questionnaires, and alteration consents Competitively bid service contracts and support vendor database growth Qualifications 2+ years of property management or real estate administrative experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required Must pass security review for airport badging (portfolio dependent) Work Environment: Office-based with approximately 20% travel.
