No matter your role, we invest in making sure you have opportunities to grow, learn, and become the Expert you want to be.If you are ready to become one of our Experts, we would love to hear from you.Summary:The Director, Product Management is fully accountable for endtoend product strategy, portfolio ownership, and P&L performance across Enercares home services portfolio, including Water Heating, HVAC, Water Purification, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance & Protection Plans, and emerging energy solutions.This role owns the commercial and strategic success of the portfolio defining customer problems, setting product vision and allocating investment across categories ensuring products deliver measurable customer value. You will lead a team of Product Managers and people leaders, accountable for lifecycle management, pricing, value propositions, and GTM alignment.You will partner crossfunctionally, serving as the product decision authority, ensuring offerings are customerled, economically sound, and scalable.Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Portfolio OwnershipOwn product P&L outcomes, including revenue, gross margin, attach rates, and lifecycle profitabilityOwn and communicate the multiyear product vision and roadmap, aligned to corporate strategyCreate and execute strategy that expands multi-product ownershipPartner with Supply Chain to establish and manage OEM partnerships, product roadmapsProduct Lifecycle ManagementLead products across their full lifecycle: discovery, launch, optimization, expansion, and retirementSet pricing guardrails and offer architecture, partnering with Marketing and Finance on executionDrive optimization grounded in ROI, unit economics, and customer value realizationPartner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to develop integrated gotomarket strategiesSupport regional and market launches, expansions, and pilotsOwn business cases, forecasts, and postlaunch performance reviewsCustomer & Market LeadershipMonitor and translate market, regulatory, and technology trends into portfolio actionsChampion customerbacked decisioning, grounded in research, data, and field validationTranslate insights into commercially viable value propositions and requirementsCross-Functional & People LeadershipAct as the senior product executive voice across the organizationInfluence senior leadership through datadriven recommendations and clear storytellingLead and scale a multilevel product organization, including succession planningEstablish and enforce product operating standards, metrics, and governanceFoster a culture of ownership, commercial accountability, and customer impactQualifications10+ years experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Marketing5+ years leading and developing highperforming product teamsProven experience owning category or portfoliolevel P&L preferredStrong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, business case development, and ROI analysisDemonstrated success launching and scaling products through crossfunctional executionExperience in home services, HVAC, utilities, energy, or adjacent industries strongly preferredAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fastevolving marketsExceptional communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives and frontline teamsenvironment.This position is exempt from Ontarios 2026 pay transparency requirements under Regulation 476/24.Enercare is an equal opportunity employer.
