As part of Constellation Software, IDS combines deep industry expertise with a strong focus on innovation, customer partnership, and reliable support.Position SummaryThe Enterprise Delivery Manager (EDM) ensures stable delivery, clear requirements, and predictable execution for our largest enterprise customersowning delivery coordination, release sequencing, and cross-functional execution while maintaining client accountability and internal boundaries.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Delivery & Release ExecutionOwn enterprise release calendars and production readinessCoordinate deployments across internal and client teamsEnsure client-owned prerequisites are completed before work proceedsRequirements & Change LeadershipLead requirements gathering and clarification; define acceptance criteria and actionable work itemsLead client process and operational changeIssue & Risk CoordinationTriage issues to SMEs and communicate findings in business ready language (no troubleshooting)Track risks, issues, and escalations to closure using structured updates and follow throughEnterprise Environment OversightMaintain awareness of client environments, dependencies, and migration timelinesPrevent unauthorized or premature changes that impact stabilityCross Functional LeadershipPartner across Product, Engineering, Support, and ServicesImprove enterprise delivery operating models and frameworksGrowth Insight & Opportunity IdentificationIdentify and support expansion opportunities by linking delivery outcomes to client valuePartner with the Director on positioning, scope, and pricing discussionsNote: This role does not carry a sales quota or close deals independentlyRequired Qualifications5+ years in enterprise delivery/project coordination/BA/TAM, coordinating engineering/product and enterprise clientsWorking knowledge of SaaS delivery and system dependenciesComfort with APIs/integrations/data workflows (no hands-on troubleshooting)Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder managementAbility to lead change and influence without authorityPreferred ExperienceERP/DMS, automotive, RV, or dealership systemsComplex enterprise or multilocation rolloutsCommunicating delivery progress and risk to executive stakeholdersSalary Range (Ontario & BC Only):The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$100,000 - CAD$110,000 yearly.
