This is Anoop from Tekgence Inc., Please Go through the Following Job Description and share your resume Role: Guidewire Lead - Policy Center Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: Skills Required: Digital : Microsoft Power BI E2 & Data Migration Primary Skills - Guidewire PolicyCenter Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration Guidewire : PolicyCenter - Domain Role- Lead the technical design, development, and integration of PolicyCenter solutions. Drive best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable, and highperformance deliveries aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Own PolicyCenter technical designs (PCFs, entities, rulesworkflows, product modelAPD) and review PRs for quality performance. Lead integrations with internal external systems via RESTSOAP, messaging, and batch manage dependencies and API contracts. Implement CICD and containerized deployments champion cloud adoption and observability. Plan sprints estimate track risks issues provide executive level status updates. Enforce coding security standards and partner with QA on functional nonfunctional testing strategy. Mentor developers and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Qualifications 6 plus years in Guidewire with strong PolicyCenter expertise proven TechLead experience. Proficiency in GosuJava, PolicyCenter integration patterns, and Agile delivery.
