Were partnering with a well-established construction company in Prince Edward Island to hire a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic, hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to be closely connected to both people and operations. Youll work directly with leadership and play a key role in supporting employees, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. What Youll Be Doing Supporting full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination, references) Coordinating onboarding and maintaining employee records Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors Assisting with employee relations and performance management processes Supporting HR policies, compliance, and health & safety initiatives Assisting with payroll and benefits administration Providing general administrative support across the business as needed What Were Looking For 13 years of experience in HR or a related role Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or similar Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across teams Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Experience in construction, trades, or similar environments is an asset Why This Role?
