Your Responsibilities Youll lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from intake to offer Youll partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, align on priorities, and provide market insights Youll act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and guiding hiring managers toward strong, data-informed decisions Youll proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative outreach Youll deliver a structured and efficient interview process, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, international environments, either in-house or agency Proven ability to hire across multiple business functions with agility and strong business acumen Advanced sourcing expertise, including boolean search and proactive talent engagement strategies Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing senior leaders Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and leveraging data to drive hiring decisions Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Why Partner with Altis If youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
