With growing assets under management across multiple related entities, they are building out a more robust finance function to support their next stage of growth. For someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and partnering with entrepreneurial leaders, this role offers a clear trajectory for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full cycle accounting for multiple entities, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.Manage the monthend close process, ensuring accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.Supervise and mentor a small finance team (AR and AP staff) while maintaining strong internal controls.Prepare regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and fund accounting principles.Support delivery of financial reporting and analysis, including KPIs, portfolio performance, budgeting, forecasting, and ECL analysis.What You BringBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or ACCA designation preferred.~5+ years of experience in highvolume accounting environments (e.g., lending, investment, or fund accounting).Strong knowledge of IFRS and private company financial reporting.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Mortgage Automator.Next StepsWe do appreciate all interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Equal OpportunityClarity Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible recruitment process and workplace.
