This position will be based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This role offers handson experience in sales enablement, digital marketing, and social media marketing. The successful candidate will assist in developing sales packages, supporting lead generation initiatives, and contributing to digital marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing study in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field who is eager to gain practical experience in a fastpaced, growthfocused environment. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support Assist in creating and updating professional sales packages and pitch materials Develop presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for prospective clients Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies Maintain organized sales resources, templates, and documentation Support lead tracking and CRM data management Digital Marketing Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns Create content for email marketing, website updates, and promotional initiatives Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports Social Media Marketing Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as appropriate Track and report on social media performance analytics Research trends and recommend new ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility Requirements Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience or coursework in digital marketing and social media marketing Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is considered an asset Basic understanding of CRM systems is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must pass preemployment drug and alcohol test including cannabis Company Overview SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership (SRG) excels in providing comprehensive solutions from initial conception to project completion, adeptly handling the construction, maintenance, and reclamation of assets across a broad spectrum of industries.
