Basement Systems Toronto (a division of Basement Systems Quebec) We are looking for an experienced business-to-consumer (B2C) Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Pickering. Training and the beginning of employment starts on January 5th, 2026. Basement Systems Toronto offers tailor-made solutions for basements, attics and crawl spaces. Your role as an Outside Sales Representative will change homeowners lives by providing peace of mind in their homes through warranty work and permanent solutions. Opportunity for Outside Sales Representative Pickering 8 weeks of paid inclass and onthefield training starts on January 5th, 2026 at $1,000 per week. You will be required to attend the first 4 weeks of training in Laval; travel expenses, lodging and accommodations during your stay in Laval will be covered. No base salary; purely commissionbased after training with uncapped earning potential. The typical earnings range from $80,000 to $140,000 annually. What you will do as an Outside Sales Representative Pickering Visit customers homes at prescheduled appointments and present the right solution that meets their needs. Complete necessary administrative tasks and paperwork. Use advanced, userfriendly sales software to make the visit pleasant and compelling.
