Job Description

* **AI Factory - Versatile Teams Operating in Cross Functional Pods:** Utilizing digital and data resources to develop AI products, bringing data management, AI and product development skills to products, programs, and projects to create an agile, fulfilling, and meaningful work environment.* **Leading Edge Tech Stack:** Experience building products that will be deployed globally on a leading-edge tech stack.* **World Class Mentorship and Training:** Working with renown leaders and academics in machine learning to further develop your skillsets* Define and communicate a compelling product line vision and roadmap aligned with Enterprise Data & AI Platform goals and Sanofi's enterprise digital strategy* Establish the product ecosystem and build strategic partnerships across Sanofi Digital and Business groups to drive adoption, alignment, and exceptional user experience* Identify common patterns across AI/ML use cases to build reusable, scalable platform capabilities that accelerate time-to-value* Define KPIs, success metrics, and value propositions; make data-driven decisions using a clear framework* Ensure platforms meet all quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX), and cybersecurity requirements* Rigorously evaluate Data and AI technology innovation in the market, and establish opportunities to introduce leading-edge platform components to Sanofi users* Maintain operational excellence and resilience at global scale* Manage the product backlog across the product line, ensuring clear priorities, continuous refinement, and well-defined requirements and user stories* Define release strategy, deciding when sufficient value has been accrued to warrant a release to customers* Partner with the central Digital Data organization to align on architecture, priorities, technical capability needs, and roadmaps* Drive launch readiness and lead post-launch adoption across cross-functional teams* Understand and adjust for the nuances of cloud, data, and AI infrastructure, vendor capabilities, and technical user needs* Continuously assess and improve product management processes to maximize team efficiency, velocity, and impact* Own the product line budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources while achieving strategic goals* Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers and cross-functional product team members to deliver on the product line vision and strategy* Challenge, prioritize, and negotiate with business and digital partners to drive alignment toward the product vision* Lead and influence teams without direct authority across organizational boundaries rallying engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders around shared goals* Collaborate daily with engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and scrum masters in agile pod structures, providing guidance and resolving ambiguities* Provide clear, consistent updates to senior leadership on product progress, challenges, and decisions* 10+ years in digital product management, preferably within Digital Data and AI platforms or related technical platform domains* A track record of building scalable data/AI platforms aligned to business outcomes, with self-service capabilities that empower technical users* Proven experience leading product teams and driving agile product-development practices at enterprise scale* Strong business acumen with the ability to seamlessly connect business priorities with technical solutions* Skilled at prioritizing competing demands in complex, multinational environments* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmaps, and ensuring execution* Creative problem-solver who challenges existing processes and proposes innovative approaches* Naturally curious asking 'why' to uncover underlying needs and 'how' to shape effective solutions* Deep understanding of data and AI platform products built for technical users, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists* Strong knowledge of platform technologies (cloud, data, AI/ML) and how they enable business value at scale* Experience with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and contemporary data platforms (Snowflake, data lakes, data warehouses, cloud-native solutions)* Understanding of DataOps, MLOps, ML engineering, and AI/ML pipelines* Exposure to data mesh architectures, API development, and cloud-native design patterns* Background in Data Engineering, AIOps / MLOps, Data Science, Data Architecture preferred* Bachelors degree required.
