Responsibilities Develop & expand business by identifying and closing new commercial insurance opportunities Build key relationships as a trusted broker for local business owners, executives, and industry associations Leverage in-house CRM to manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms for a wide range of industries Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales targets for new business and renewals Whats in it for you? Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale accounts Proven experience in generating leads, developing business, or acquiring clients within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment. Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
