Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency, admissions coordination, student record management, and internal communications. Oversee admissions-related administrative processes including application tracking, documentation management, compliance with institutional policies, and maintenance of accurate databases. Supervise and coordinate administrative support staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring service standards are met. Establish and maintain effective records management systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Prepare administrative reports, operational summaries, and internal correspondence for senior management review. Coordinate scheduling of admissions interviews, orientation sessions, meetings, and institutional events. Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and intake of students. Monitor administrative budgets, office systems, and supply management to ensure operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness. Other administrative projects, duties and initiatives as assigned. Terms of employment Permanent and full-time (30 hours per week). The language of work English. Wage $38 per hour. Benefits package being offered None. Skills requirements Required education A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. Required work experience and skills Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in office administration, institutional administration, or supervisory roles. Experience in a post-secondary or educational environment is considered an asset. Hands-on experience with Administrative operations management Admissions documentation and records coordination Database and information management systems Supervising and training administrative staff Preparing operational and management reports Coordinating internal communications across departments Managing confidential information in compliance with privacy standards Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ERP or student information systems is an asset. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
