This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects across ERP implementations, custom software development, web platforms, and digital initiatives.The Technical Project Coordinator works closely with developers, consultants, and clients to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong organizational mindset and technical project experience who is looking to grow into a Project Manager role over time.Youll play a key role in maintaining project structure, facilitating communication across teams, and helping ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.What Youll DoAssistin coordinating client projects across ERP implementations, custom software development, web development, and digital initiativesSupportplanning project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocationCoordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking follow-up actionsMaintain project plans, documentation, and task tracking across project management toolsMonitor project milestones and proactivelyidentifyrisks, delays, or resource constraintsCommunicate updates and coordinate work between developers, consultants, designers, and other internal teamsEnsure project documentation, requirements, and deliverablesremainorganized and up to dateAssistwith quality checks and final reviews before project milestones or client handoffsSupport continuous improvement of internal project management processes and workflowsThe Ideal CandidateRequirements3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support roleExperience working on technical projects such as software development, ERP implementations, or system integrationsStrong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and clientsExperience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira,ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms)Based in Calgary and able to work from our downtown officePreferred QualificationsExperience working in a consulting, technology, or digital services environmentFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologiesExposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementationsPost-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
