Project Managers at On Side manage and oversee all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster of any sort. If you hate the idea of being in one place all day, youll love going to different job sites while having the stability of a local branch office.Compensation: $75,000 $85,000* / year (full-time / permanent)*The base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Total compensation, including bonus plan and industry leading commission structure, will be discussed in full should you be selected for an interview.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.Playing a key role in business development efforts, leveraging their existing network to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.Quality control of all aspects of the job.The job, you own it, its essentially a reflection of you at the end of the day.Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed.Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts, cleaning & packing, rebuilding, and project completion.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.Experience with XactimateEstablished trusted connections in the business communityA passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communicationBe self-motivated and goal orientedOpen to working after hours and on weekendsProblem solving and priority management skills.Computer skills, youll be working in an MS Office environment.Clean criminal recordOther helpful qualificationsYou find enjoyment working in a fast-paced and changing environment.You have an ongoing commitment to self-developmentYoure willing (but not required) to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
