Reporting to the Senior Manager, ORM, you will drive the end-to-end implementation and sustainment of the ORM framework, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and Questbanks risk appetite.As a critical member of the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), you will provide robust oversight, review, and challenge to First Line business units, ensuring operational risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated across the organization.The Manager, ORM will contribute to fortifying the 2nd Line of Defense to provide effective risk review and challenge of the 1st Lines management of operational risk.In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in the advancement of Questbanks Operational Risk Program through a strategically developed roadmap including the design and operationalization of an ORM framework, policy, standards, processes and tools to support operational resilience.Aligning ORM practices to regulatory requirements including OSFI E-21.
