This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy being on site, leading investigations, applying sound technical judgment in real time, and mentoring junior staffwithout being pulled away into a desk-only role.The RoleAs a senior field practitioner within our Contaminated Sites Field Services group, you will act as the field lead on complex and challenging investigations, serving as Keystones technical representative on site.You will:Lead and oversee Stage 1 & 2 PSIs, DSIs, remedial action planning, and remediation programsExercise independent, defensible decision-making in the fieldProvide hands-on technical guidance and mentor junior field staffRepresent Keystone with professionalism and credibility during site work and client interactionsContribute directly to Keystones Field Services Training Program, helping shape the next generation of field professionalsThis role is designed for individuals who value technical excellence, field autonomy, and practical problem-solving, and who want to continue building their career in the field, not away from it.What You BringYou are a field-experienced environmental professional with:Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsProven experience with field data collection, interpretation, and reportingIn-depth knowledge of BC environmental legislation, contaminated sites regulations, codes, and standardsA strong commitment to quality, safety, and technical rigorSolid understanding of contaminant fate and transportConfidence in making sound, defensible decisions during field activitiesQualificationsDegree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related disciplineMinimum 3+ years of hands-on contaminated sites field experience (more experience welcomed)Registered or eligible for registration as P.Eng., P.Geo., or P.Ag.Valid Class 5 drivers license and ability to travel to field sites throughout BCWhy KeystoneField-centric roles that respect and reward technical expertiseCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsA supportive, collaborative culture that values mentorship and growthOpportunities to stay technically sharp while contributing to meaningful projects across BCTo Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter, referencing Contaminated Sites Field Services in the subject line.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
