What does your role involve? The person in this role coordinates the daily housekeeping activities and assigns tasks to the team. They ensure that rooms, public areas, and operational spaces meet cleanliness standards. They assist with scheduling, attendance followup, and respond to requests from guests and other departments. They manage inventory, place orders, support the training of new employees, and perform regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards. They work closely with maintenance and the front desk and oversee the lost and found process. Position Requirements The ideal candidate has experience in housekeeping or hospitality and knows how to organize priorities effectively. A strong communicator, they enjoy teamwork and adapt well to dynamic environments. Basic knowledge of computer tools is required. Work schedules are variable, and weekend availability is mandatory.
