Role Description We are hiring a Web3 Research & Intelligence Associate for a full-time remote position based in Canada. This role focuses on supporting research, intelligence gathering, and market analysis initiatives across digital assets, blockchain markets, and broader Web3 ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking market developments, monitoring sector activity, and contributing to structured research across Web3 trends, token ecosystems, and digital asset markets. The role involves working with data, reviewing market behavior, and supporting internal reporting related to research findings, industry developments, and ecosystem insights. The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands Web3 ecosystems, and is interested in how token activity, protocol developments, market sentiment, and blockchain trends shape opportunities across the digital asset space. Responsibilities Analyze digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 trends Track developments across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and crypto sectors Monitor market activity, liquidity conditions, sector momentum, and intelligence-driven trends Support internal reporting and structured analysis across research findings and Web3 intelligence Track developments across blockchain networks, digital assets, and Web3 investment markets Assist in organizing data related to market movement, ecosystem trends, and sector developments Collaborate with team members on research, intelligence gathering, and market insight initiatives Qualifications Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems Basic understanding of digital assets, market trends, and decentralized platforms Experience with research, market analysis, intelligence reporting, or crypto-related work is a plus Ability to interpret data and identify trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits Remote work environment Opportunity to work in Web3 research and market intelligence Exposure to digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized technologies Collaborative and technology-focused team environment Opportunities for professional development Compensation Salary range: CAD 90,000 - CAD 125,000 per year depending on experience.
