We now service over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees.The EH WayAt Employment Hero, were proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way.We are Mission First - everything we do (from what we work on, to how we allocate capital and where we focus) is driven by our MissionWe are Remote First - we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomyWe are AI First - we are committed to using AI to accelerate our mission; AI is not just a tool, its a fundamental part of how we operate, innovate, and scaleWe are Apolitical - we do not take a position on political or social topics, unless it relates to our MissionWe Live by Our Values - we role model our values 100% of the timeWe Expect High Performance - we set a high standard and were not satisfied with being averageThis roleAs a Implementation Associate, youll be working with the Implementation team and report to the Team Lead, implementation and will be instrumental in assessing clients' HR and payroll requirements to ensure optimal configuration of the Employment Hero platform.Your key focus areas will be:Facilitate and schedule training sessions, create work-back schedules, guide clients through the EH setup, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing consultation to ensure successful onboardingWork closely with teams across Support, Client Success, Payroll Services, Technical Support, Product, Risk and Compliance, and Finance to share knowledge and remain up-to-date on Canadian payroll regulationsCollaborate with the Sales and partnership teams to align on SLAs to guarantee a smooth client transition, and identify opportunities for expanding product adoptionMaintain a rotating pipeline of approximately 30 clients, ensuring efficient and successful implementation for allRegularly review client pipelines to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of all milestones during weekly 1:1 with your direct managerGenerate and present monthly reports on implementation progress, client feedback, and potential risks to internal stakeholdersAssist with KYC/ KYB processes during the onboarding phase to ensure compliance and smooth client transitionsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and work with internal teams to implement improvements that drive efficiency, improve time-to-value, launch ratio, and client satisfactionAddress and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and minimal disruption to their workflowGather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to suggest improvements or feature requests based on client needsEnsure a smooth client hand-off to Support and Client Success teamsWho you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, youll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, youll also bring23 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyAt least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience, with a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirementsExceptional organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple implementations simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to generate reports, track key metrics, and analyze pipeline performanceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and internal teamsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experienceTech savvy and possesses the ability to learnExperience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is an assetWhat we can offerAt Employment Hero, we dont just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
