SUMMARYReporting to the Vice President, IT, the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications will direct, plan, coordinate, and lead the Enterprise Applications teams; provide strategic and operational direction for enterprise-wide business data applications and web-based technologies; and provide operational direction for ERP and other related technologies.PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLEENTERPRISE APPLICATION DELIVERY & OPERATIONSOversee development and support activities for enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP (JD Edwards), Construction Project Management (InEight), HCM (Workday), Time & Attendance (Synerion), and related applications.Monitor issues, identify root causes and trends, and implement solutions to improve performance, stability, and usability.Take a leadership role in the implementation, rollout, and upgrade of Enterprise ApplicationsComply with IT General Controls and IT Application Controls.Coordinate information management, business continuity planning, quality assurance, user feedback, document libraries, and collaboration across integrated technology services.PROJECT & PROGRAM MANAGEMENTPlan and manage enterprise application projects, overseeing functional and technical aspects including training, support, and documentation.Assist with project management activities on other initiatives by organizing work assignments, establishing deadlines, and monitoring progress.Responsible for planning and defining, documenting, categorizing, and packaging requirements for projects and initiatives.PEOPLE, LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCEManage the Enterprise Applications team, ensuring a culture of thoroughness, process adherence, and balanced workload and resourcing.Communicate regularly with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and delivery of user and business needs.STRATEGY, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROCESS OPTIMIZATIONIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes through enhanced use of existing systems or system changes.Facilitate development of solutions that integrate business process knowledge, technological options, and process facilitation techniques.Drive evaluation of options, risks, resource requirements, and impacts on business processes and system priorities.Contribute to and help drive the strategic roadmap integrating ERP, payroll, and HR enterprise solutions across the business.Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to build an application roadmap aligned with business vision and strategy.Liaise with business leaders, IT management, vendors, and partners to align IT plans with business strategy and define best-fit solutions.POSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in information management, Computer Science, or another business-related field.7- 10 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) or equivalent industry-leading ERP application experience is preferred.10+ Years experience managing and leading or building teams.5+ years of experience in a construction, utilities, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.Experience with acquisitions, full life cycle implementation and project management.Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently, ensuring that timelines are balanced with resource constraints and resulting deadlines are met.Previous experience in process improvement, involving broad-based information systems and utilizing advanced tools and techniques to effect business change.Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with the business partners and technology vendors.Demonstrates exceptional senior leadership competencies, flexibility and leads functional teams of 10+ resources.Strong understanding of current technology trends, especially AI and overseeing the implementation of cloud-based enterprise systems, technology and controls to improve efficiency and profitability.Exceptional communication skills in collaborating and interacting with various internal and external business contacts and the GIP executive team.Exceptional prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of integrity.Demonstrate accuracy with reports and projects, analytical aptitude and strong attention to detail.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive total compensation, including an annual performance-based bonus.Comprehensive group benefits program.Retirement savings program.Career growth and advancement opportunities.DISCLAIMERSArtificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure: AI tools are not used in the screening or assessment of applicants for this position.Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing job vacancy.GIP does not accept unsolicited resumes from external recruiters or agencies.
