The Opportunity! We are seeking a dynamic and handson Team Lead to support the daytoday operations of our team while delivering exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow and service standards, providing realtime guidance and problemsolving, and ensuring consistent operational efficiency. In addition to operational leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in team developmentcoaching and mentoring employees, supporting onboarding and training of new brokers, and guiding staff through performance improvement and licensing advancement. This position also involves managing complex client needs and escalations, while maintaining a portfolio of farm and highervalue personal lines clients.
