Role Description This is a hybrid Mortgage Agent role in Ontario, with the flexibility to work both in-office and from home. As a Mortgage Agent, you will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, assess their financial needs, and provide tailored mortgage solutions. You will develop and maintain client relationships, collaborate with lenders to secure the best terms, and remain compliant with industry regulations. Other daytoday tasks include managing loan applications, ensuring documentation accuracy, and offering mortgagerelated advice to support clients'' homeownership goals. Qualifications Strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages Experience in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Marketing Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to assess client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices A mortgage agent license or certification (as required in Ontario), and previous experience in a similar role are strong assets #J-18808-Ljbffr
