Support STEM departments as an innovative Reference Librarian. Engage with students and faculty while enhancing digital scholarship initiatives, providing vital information literacy instruction in a dynamic academic setting. As a Reference and Instruction Librarian, you will collaborate closely with faculty in STEM disciplines to foster student learning and research success. Your role encompasses providing one-on-one instruction, developing research guides, and managing digital resources. Additionally, you will participate in digital scholarship projects to integrate emerging technologies into academic practices, shaping the scholarly environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual research consultations at the Research/IT desk Develop online research guides for diverse subjects Collaborate with faculty on digital scholarship projects Maintain and enhance digital resources for users Participate in departmental assessment and improvement initiatives Requirements: Masters degree from an ALA-accredited Library program Experience in teaching information literacy Understanding of digital scholarship and STEM trends Proficiency with LibApps and digital tools Strong outreach and communication skills Become a crucial part of the academic community, enriching student experiences through dedicated support in STEM and digital scholarship efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
