The role develops platformappropriate assets for paid and organic social, shortform video, display, email, landing pages, and onsite modules, ensuring onbrand, accessible, and technically accurate outputs.Partnering with the Senior Digital Designer and Senior Campaigns Designer, the Digital Designer translates campaign ideas into highperforming screenbased executions (static, motion, and shortform video). The role supports the marketing flywheel by building scalable templates, preparing DCO variants, and applying performance learnings. Collaboration with crossfunctional teams and external partners ensures all assets are optimized for their intended placements, while the designer continuously evolves craft using emerging tools and formats.Heres what you can expect in your role: SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESSocialFirst Design & Platform ExpertiseApply best practices across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn; tailor content for thumbstop impact, readability, safe areas, and pacing.Support repeatable templates and rapidturn formats that scale social content production.Creative Interpretation & Campaign AlignmentTranslate campaign ideas from the Senior Campaigns Designer into digitally native executions across screen sizes and placements.Partner with the Senior Digital Designer to uphold digital craft and design systems; adapt storytelling to channel nuances while staying on brand.Video, Motion & Digital ProductionDevelop and edit shortform video and motion assets, including timing/pacing, transitions, captions, supers, and basic audio edits (music levels, cleanup, sync).Prepare technically correct exports (codecs, aspect ratios, bitrates, captions) for all specified platforms and placements.Capture simple reference or supporting clips when needed (e.g., quick product angles or environmental pickups) to solve executional gaps.PerformanceReady Design & Flywheel SupportBuild modular assets and variants that enable DCO, personalization, and testing.Apply performance signals (e.g., retention and scroll/attention behavior) to refine creative and strengthen acquisition, engagement, and conversion.Production Quality, File Prep & Workflow DisciplineManage fastturn, highvolume production across multiple briefs and BUs.Maintain disciplined file structure, naming conventions, and version control; deliver technically compliant final packages to internal teams and media partners.CrossFunctional CollaborationWork with Brand, Marketing, Ecommerce, Social, International, and media partners to clarify requirements, meet placement specifications, and ensure aligned delivery.Contribute to shared asset libraries, toolkits, and scalable systems that increase Studio efficiency.KEY PERFORMANCE METRICSDeliver highquality, technically accurate digital assets across all screen formats, meeting platform specifications and brand consistency requirements.Meet Studio ontime delivery targets (80%+) while managing highvolume production needs and multiratio digital outputs.Demonstrate strong platformappropriate execution aligned with best practices for social and paid placements.Support performance marketing outcomes by producing modular, DCOready creative that strengthens engagement and conversion pathways.Ensure creative consistency across screens and markets, adapting assets for Canadian, International, and additional BUs as needed.Contribute to flywheel performance by delivering assets that support acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the digital ecosystem.Maintain disciplined file prep, structure, and version control, reducing rework and ensuring seamless handoff to partners.Apply ongoing improvement informed by performance insights; earn positive partner feedback on clarity, collaboration, and executional quality.What You Bring You're a mix of curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven. Your experience and perspective might include: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTSDigital Craft & Technical ExpertiseProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (video editing, pacing, sound sync, exports).Proficient in Figma for layouts, components, and responsive systems.Working knowledge of AIenabled production tools (e.g., assistive resizing, asset generation, motion assists).Understanding of responsive design and multiscreen execution; ability to deliver productionready assets that meet platform, accessibility, and brand standards.SocialFirst & Platform KnowledgeStrong understanding of how creative performs across major social platforms, including trends, constraints, ratios, pacing, and attention behaviors.Ability to tailor visuals and motion to channel expectations and performance insights.Digital Production & MultiScreen ExecutionSkilled in resizing/versioning across sizes, placements, languages, and markets; experienced in building modular templates/variants for DCO; strong file organization and version control.Conceptual Interpretation & Creative ProblemSolvingTranslate campaign direction into platformappropriate executions; strong skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and motion pacing.Ability to troubleshoot execution challenges (readability, cropping, timing, platform constraints).Performance Awareness & CollaborationUnderstand how creative choices influence performance signals (e.g., retention, CTR drivers); integrate insights and feedback; communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.Professional AttributesOrganized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple fast timelines; curious, adaptable, and committed to high craft standards.Note: If you dont meet every requirement listed here, we still encourage you to apply. Compensation Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth. For this role, the posting range is $54,200 $81,300, which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
