Youll be the organizational heartbeat of our creative and campaign work: managing projects, scheduling social media, and keeping our digital assets beautifully organized. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on project coordination for the Marketing team, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and creative requests move forward seamlessly. (Asana, Bynder, GaggleAmp) Planning, scheduling, and publishing social media posts for the Newforma, BIM One, and EleVia brands keeping our feeds engaging, active, and on-message. (via HubSpot) Manage our digital assets like a pro: upload, label, and organize marketing materials so the whole team can find exactly what they need, when they need it. (Bynder) Coordinate with freelancers, designers, and other creative partners to get projects across the finish line and into the right hands. Support the global events manager with logistics, shipping, and behind-the-scenes details that make our events shine. Requirements for this position include: Excellent organizational and time management skills, you love a good checklist and know how to keep projects on track. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business; familiarity with measuring engagement or performance is a bonus. Comfortable working with tools like Asana, Bynder, and HubSpot (or quick to learn them). A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and figure things out as you go. A sharp eye for detail and consistency, you notice the small stuff that keeps a brand polished. Ability to travel to annual company events. Nice to have qualifications for this position include: Bilingual in English and either French, German, Arabic or Spanish. Wordpress, Bynder, HubSpot, Asana and/or GaggleAmp experience.
