Youll manage budgets, coordinate resources, oversee contractors and vendors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.Your role will include:Leading the endtoend delivery of energy conservation projectsMonitoring progress, adjusting plans, and addressing field challenges in real timeManaging project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingCoordinating field crews, internal teams, contractors, and thirdparty vendorsEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and company standardsDocumenting schedules, budgets, and change ordersProviding regular updates to stakeholders and leadershipConducting postproject reviews to identify improvementsThis position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, operationally focused environment and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts with precision and confidence.What You Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, youll bring:A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience7+ years of provenexperience managing operational, executiondriven projectsStrong financial skills with handson experience tracking budgets and costsExperience coordinating field operations, contractors, or vendorsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving abilitiesClear, confident communication skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholdersPreferred assets include:Experience in energy conservation, energy efficiency, utilities, HVAC, or related sectorsExperience managing multiple concurrent projectsFamiliarity with energy efficiency programs or retrofit initiativesA PMP or similar certification (an asset, not a requirement)Key attributes:Highly detailoriented and numbersdrivenOperationally focused and disciplined in executionAdaptable in changing field conditionsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable in a fastpaced, project-heavy environmentBalanced approach to handson problem solving and structured project controlsWhat Will You Get in ReturnYoull gain a pivotal role in a growing organization where your work directly influences project success and client satisfaction.
