This role contributes to culturally respectful designs that reflect First Nations languages, protocols and teachings, while also supporting multimedia production, printing operations, and SICC Store fulfillment. Qualifications A minimum of a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is an asset. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and production workflows for print and digital media. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of First Nations languages, protocols, and teachings would be an asset. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of design principles, branding standards, and print/digital production processes. Ability to operate the SICC printing press and related equipment to produce designed materials. Ability to assist with photography, videography, livestreaming, and general multimedia tasks. Ability to support SICC Store operations, including printing, packaging, and order fulfillment. Ability to assist with AV setup, takedown, and transport of equipment during events. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain digital files, photo libraries, and production archives. Capacity to lift 50 lbs independently and participate in team lifts for heavier equipment when required.
