Nuclear Medicine Technologist Locations: Whitby, Oshawa, or Simcoe | Full-time, permanent Insight Global is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic clinical team focused on delivering highquality diagnostic imaging while prioritizing patient safety and care. This role is ideal for a skilled technologist with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards Prepare, qualitycheck, and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately Conduct imaging studies including but not limited to: Bone, brain, thyroid, liver, spleen, hepatobiliary, renal, and lung scans I131 thyroid treatments and bone densitometry scans Gallium scans, RBC liver/spleen scans Venograms, dacryocystograms, and testicular scans Rest and stress MUGA studies Perform required quality control and ensure proper equipment setup and maintenance Accurately complete and sign all required documentation Identify and escalate abnormal or urgent findings appropriately Adhere to all health, safety, and infectioncontrol standards Support smooth clinic operations under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed Required Skills & Experience Current and valid Certificate of Registration with the Association of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario Strong knowledge and proficiency in general nuclear medicine procedures Current CPR and First Aid certification Ability to ensure accurate patient identification and preparation Commitment to patient safety, quality imaging, and regulatory compliance Nice to Have Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment Flexibility to work varying shifts Commitment to professional growth through staff meetings and ongoing education Ability to selfevaluate performance, set personal objectives, and participate in annual performance reviews The salary for this position will be 95k.
